You good sir is the Agar to helping us all with your kind knowledge. I’ve invested so much time with your videos. I have absorbed so much knowledge that I’d love to visit your shop one day. I’m about 4 hours away from your shop.

Such a great video. I have the 2023 Ram with the 12" and Alpine system. Not a lot of reference material out there to help me figure out what to do. I ended up reusing my Pac AmpPro from an older Dodge build with the new harness to properly integrate. I wasnt able to do all the things you did, but it really helped me map it out, and I thank you.

Seriously there's no one better in the audio game than these guys and they're local to me which is awesome. Im looking at a new RAM... if i get it im bringing it to them.

Great video! My solution to the Ram's 3.5 dash and 6x9 front door sound stage issues with aftermarket speakers was this: 6.5 component cone in the door, 3.5 coax in the dash, with an l-pad attenuator at -6db and a bass blocker at 1.2khz for the dash. Dashes are powered by the factory stereo (12w), and the doors are powered by a small alpine amp (45w). All in all, sounds great for a passively crossed over and attenuated setup. No distortion, gets plenty loud, and the dashes are less bright, and more bearable now! Been happy with it so far! -cheers

EDIT: Would love to know what frequencies and slopes you crossed over the front doors to the dashes in the DSP!

You sir need to be a little more considerate. Pecking on Flippin everything. Had me checking my door every few minutes. Not to mention how crazy my dog was going. I guess I'm fortunate that I didn't have my ear monitors in. Other than that, great job. Beautiful work. Thanks for reviewing my advice.

Thanks for this. My question is, if it already had a full set of reference 6x9s, would y'all have just desoldered the tweets on the front set, or just crossed out the highs with your dsp?

Have you guys done a multi channel amp in a RAM with the HK system? If so what parts did you use to integrate?

What did you guys think of thr fox box? How was the output and how was it musically.? Nice and wide frequency response or very narrow???

Funny for me- Exterior Tesa tape comes apart much easier as its tougher to unpeel, than the fuzzy tesa Tape that fuzes itself.

Big fan of y'alls YouTube channel; wish y'all had a shop near Dallas, TX.

I recently took my 2016 Ram 1500 ( crew cab w/Alpine sound system ) to a local shop and they installed ( 2 ) 12" JLs ( none ported box ) ; ( 1 ) JL Amp and ( 1 ) PAC AmpPRO to keep the factory head unit -- the doors and the dash speakers are still factory.

And I have to say, the sound quality is poor, i hear what a lot of voice ( I think that's called the highs ) -- I listen to all types of music.

Hello, a novice here. On a stock vehicle, I've heard dash speakers are connected to the front door speakers. Do you need to run new wires to the dash speakers to separate from the door speakers?

The giant backup battery is ONLY on the 5.7 Hemi WITH eTorque. If its a 220A tow package, it doesnt have the eTorque.

So just out of curiosity and hopefully you guys answer my comment because I’m really curious but those speakers that you put in that guy’s front doors- were they really necessary? I mean, I haven’t gotten all the way through your video yet so it kinda looks to me at this point that you’re gonna be bypassing the factory amp so I guess I could understand that but for somebody like me who is still using the factory amplifier, is it really necessary to change out those 6 x 9 woofers in the front doors? All I did was I used probably pretty much the same Speakers and rear door speakers that you guys did but opted not to bother with the front ones in the front doors because number one, I couldn’t find anything that was like those and second, being that my bass comes from a JL audio stealth box loaded with 2 10 inch subwoofers that’s powered from a two channel 600 W amp from JL audio, I really just didn’t see the need to change those.

Can the top metal covers on the top of amplifiers not be slid out and reversed to have the graphics to match in the correct orientation? It might not be possible because of the heat sink design, just curious.

If I had 2k for labor alone and lived near you, this would be amazing for me lol

I have the same factory alpine setup. What speakers would you run in dash, front & rear door for just a plug & play upgrade with the factory amps?
