The trick is pulling that kind of a riff off anywhere else on the fretboard. Like in “Race With The Devil”

Rumble in Brighton... can only do it on top three strings and then it's too hard.

Just the standard pentatonic played quickly upwards. This is no Brian Setzer riff, this is a standard everyone should know. upwards and downwards.
