I was never sure if it was a blouse owned by a big girl or a big blouse owned by a girl, who herself may not be so big. ...big girls blouse. It's either an insult to big blouses which is ok, or an insult to big girls which is not so ok.

As a non British person I am of course aware they voted to leave the EU. But as far as I know they were not asked in that referendum if they should secure a deal first before leaving.
