What’s the BEST FUSE COMBO in Tears of the Kingdom?

How did the Tears of the Kingdom developers do it, as a game dev myself I am absolutely bewildered by the fact that fuse is a mechanic in a video game, and it doesn't break.

For me I think forest dweller weapons are amazing. I put a puffshroom on a forest dwellers sword, so I use my puffshroom club and then spin with a 2 handed weapon. Kills almost any group of monsters

My favourite weapon type to fuse with is royal. Not royal guard, royal. It doubles during a flurry rush, so if you slap it on a bone profiencency outfit and a Molduga jaw on it, suddenly it does 104. (Pristine condition.)

I would say Scimitar of the Seven with the material that has the highest fuse power which as of July 2023 is the Silver Lynel Saber horn

For damage, you can get a pristine Knights Broadsword with attack up 10, fuse a Silver Lynel Saber Horn, and go to one heart, it does 164 damage, and it has a decent amount of durability

I think bomb shields are great offensively. Just put some distance between a large group, then shield surf at them, damaging them all and giving you plenty of height for bullet time.

Bombs can be very useful for attacking If you use a multi shot bow

Scimitar of the seven (28 or so base damage, one handed and doubles the power of anything you fuse onto it) + silver Lynel saber + fierce deity set is my fav
(that combo does around 180 damage and you can still use your shield)

Lightscale trident + Vow of Sidon + Silver Lynel saber horn is BY FAR the most broken combo.

It highly depends on what you're going for.
On the weapon side: (Excluding the Master Sword. This is also a good weapon option though.)
One Handed: Royal Broadsword. Pretty common and easy to find. Does pretty good damage too.
Elemental: Add Dragon Horns. They are the easiest to get elemental material.
Non-Elemental: Any Silver ranked enemy horn. Though the Silver Lynel horn is obviously the best. Silver Lizalfos horns though are a great middleground.

Two Handed Weapon: Fierce Deity Sword or Gerudo Claymore. The former is a great one to have mind you. The latter for killing lynels if you add the right part to it to net you 100+. Recommended for Silver Lynel Parts highly.

Spears: Varies. I don't really use spears that much, so I can't say. Though Gleeok horns work best with Spears.

For Mining: Sticks (with extra durability attached) and Ruins Rubble. Two handed is preferrred.

spring shields also allow link to better resist certain Lynel attacks, preventing him from entering stagger and allowing SBR to be performed off of them.
