There are 4 black screws under the control panel. Remove them and the printer tops swings up to remove your jam. (some EPsn 2720 do dont have the side indent to swing up the top!

In my case there's still paper shred that I can't even see. Everything else I could remove. But ist still doesn't work.

Thank you for this - the only other video i could find showed a later model which said i could open the printer up with dent on the side but there wasn't one. Watching yours i solved the jam immediately!

How many paper jam videos did you upload? FFS I'm trying to find a video where it says I have a paper jam but there is no paper in it. Instead I get infinity many of these same videos.

I have this weird issue with my epson now. The printer always jams after page 1 when printing any pdf from acrobat, but it prints fine if I open the pdf in chrome and print from there. Any suggestions? Windows settings or Adobe settings? I guess the printer might not be to blame here.

i am afraid my Epson et-2720 won't feed a paper and gets stuck in halfway, it sucks in one side but leaves the other side out. Any solutions please? Thanks.
