I think finn is the worst twisted because

1. Nobody can see him istg. so often when you get seen by him you run his direction (applies to toodles also)

2. He is a pain for distractors (if there is a distractor) because he is slow, hard to keep locked on to you and hard to find.

3. MAKES THE TWISTEDS SONIC WHEN YOU GET THE SLOW DEBUFF-

4. if you get him in a blackout… i wont sugarcoat it HE IS HARDER TO SEE THAN TOODLES (in my opinion)

so twisted finn is also a pain but in my opinion WORSE than TOODLES
