When people say red dot helps with a draw, I don't believe that's true because you're trying to get a full sight picture. You're not really using your red dot until the pistol is out in front of you. So whether you're using iron sites or a reflex dot site? I don't believe that would have much difference on your draw speed

why is the first practice left handed and the now right handed? you can say reflections and all that, but look at the watch/wristband thing. something swapped and i'm confused. great form though.
