I wish US had town planning like Norway. Shops down below, apartments above. This leads to lower car dependency and more walkable roads and makes life easier for everyone.

I'd love so much to see Norway! Such a beautiful country! I have an indescribable longing to see Norway.
My heritage is Scandinavian. My Great Grandmother went from Oslo, Norway to Wisconsin USA in about 1900. I want to find a video of some kind of images of then to now. I can't imagine how much has changed. Such a peaceful people. My Great Grandmother died at 26 years old from TB after having my Grandmother and then my Great Aunt Bertha who was only 2 weeks old when she died. Through my own minimal ability to research I did find out she lived 2 weeks after her precious daughter was born. I can NOT imagine how painful it was to her knowing she wouldn't live to see her grow.
Norwegian women are so STRONG! I am of course proud and I know my Grandmother wanted to go see Norway so bad but couldn't go due to finances and timing. My Great Grandfather was was Stockholm Sweden. He and my Great Grandmother met in Wisconsin and some time after that got married and had my Grandmother in 1910. They lived in Minnesota until her death in 1913 before my Grandmother's 4th birthday. So many memories but I KNOW for sure such PRIDE in the heritage and especially the Norwegian ancestry! Thank you for this WONDERFUL video!
