I don't go out often but my go to kit that I really love is:
1. Throwaway notepad/notebook.
2. Dated A6 monthly planner, no year from papamelroti.
3. Uni style fit .5 in black.
4. Refillable correction tape.
5. Midori compact scissors.
6. Instax EVO.
7. Traveler's Factory planner stickers. The circles to highlight special days and month markers on my journal.
I made it as compact as possible, sticking to the bare essentials. Considering packing some tape or a gluestick in the future though. Mainly because I've come to realize decorating in general take a lot of time for me. I'd need to sit down at home or else it would overload my brain. 😅 It's nice to reflect at the end of the day and write out how I felt and my experiences so I still keep a journal on hand for that reason.
Thank you for the tip about the ziplocks. I always have ephemera and don't know where to store them. 🥰

Love the idea of using the undated weekly insert as a travel log! That's a great hack. I have a couple of these inserts, but really don't need ANOTHER planner 😊 so now I have a better idea for how to use them!

I was going to bring supplies to journal about my recent trips with my daughters this summer. But since this is a self care trip I think I will document my time away from home and my adventures in NYC.

I just came back from Disney World! Of course I had to pack a small journaling bag. I actually brought more things than I needed. It’s really difficult to decide what to take and what to leave home! My Delfonics pouch was full! Enjoy your trips! Can’t wait to see everything when you come back!❤
