Thanks! I have been trying to put the baffle back in my XSR900 as it is too loud, it simply wont go in, now I know why! Was a mission to get the baffle back in but I managed to do it. I also like your idea of cutting the end off.

Cutting it off ? Wont it shoot out when you pull on hard on the throttle? What if the screw holding it turns loose?

How much did you leave or how much did you cut of? Did you use a hacksaw ?

I've got an MT-07 and put the baffle back in after having no baffles for 1 year. I've found that I have a little more power than without. Strange? I thought so as well but it is undeniable that there is a little more 'oomph' with the baffle inside the Akrapovic.

Hi does this akropovic exhaust if bought from yamaha new with bike all ready setup or does it need setting up for Air fuel ratio.. Also does it come with cat in as I here it can take one.. Back pressure would charge if none of above are not standard I would imagine.. But I don't know on this setup from stock exhaust?

do you need to change in the dash meny for cylinder air/fuel ratio? now i have full ti and its changed too 14 on all cylinders. if i cut off little bit from db killer do i need to change in meny again?

It sounds terrible with the ends cut off. Very droney and too loud. I am going to buy a new baffle. But thanks now i know why my bike sounds like shit.

If you have no baffle you are a menis to society
