Free software contain source code or not??

I don't think you got the rationale behind freedom 0 right. Sure there are things that are outright illegal that you should not be allowed to do with your computer program. But that's not a restriction imposed on a specific piece of software by its developers; it's criminal law.
Violations of freedom 0 in the proprietary world do exist. For example, the was a vendor of desktop publishing software that had a clause in its TOS forbidding users from publishing criticism of the company using that program.

In other words software as a service is the only way freesoftware works if you want to make a living, I rather not.
I think freesoftware in theory is a good idea but I don't agree with the FSF version of free.
