Video about explosion in Sumy showed something burning, 2-3 explosion and after a second or so one HUGE explosion which was almost certainly not caused by Iskander, guided bomb or other Russian weapons. Civilians filming the event said explosion destroyed school nearby, fortunately they survived.

12:32 poles and a net is not a tunnel, it is a soft target. It is an effective anti drone measure. Counter measures are a constant development. Signal jamming > fiber optics and/or different signals. Netting above a road, stops a small drone, doesn’t stop bombs or missiles. Also these are nylon nets, so using incendiary type weapons will be effective as well to suppress the nettings. But again, this helps to defend against a specific type of attack. So instead of drones, more emphasis on long range artillery, missiles and aviation.

Thank you, Dima!!! Personally, I do not agree with these conclusions about the recent negotiations. Definitely, the agricultural trade on the Black Sea and that of Russian fertilizers will be resolved soon. But the most important statement is that of the Americans who said: "Ukraine has lost the war, and as a result, negotiations must begin from here." .. Discussions about the four regions which entered in the Russian Federation are useless. There were referendums, legitimate, from one point of view. Yes, I know, many will say that it's not possible, that the Russian army was there blah, blah, blah.. But everyone forgets one thing, the majority of the population in those regions is ethnically Russian. And then, naturally, their will came out in the referendum, they are the majority there, they decided by vote that they want to be part of the Russian Federation, so.. Isn't that the essence of democracy?? Respecting the will of the majority in voting??
Returning to negotiations, the joint statement of the parties involved was not possible due to the Ukrainians who are refusing to take part in any final statement... But they have time to display pictures of the Kremlin in flames on the walls... ..
