Here's a tip. Get the surveillance footage and give a description of the suspect. Old person, young kid, boy, girl, black, white, Asian, etc. Something. You aren't going to to find anyone with no description to go by.

I live in the county. Last I heard it was a girl who shot mostly at the ceiling. They have security and police always everywhere there. Security cameras everywhere. Why is no one saying or showing anything? Insane.

Oh how much longer til we get a description? The townspeople want to know! Let me guess, white guy 17 - 50 years old, dressed in hoodie or t shirt and jeans or p.j.s, average height, average weight (meaning not obese even though that's average) and may have emotional problems, "mental illness". Tough stuff.
