Florida lawmaker pushes Osceola sheriff for evidence in deadly deputy shooting at Target

A Florida lawmaker is now pressing the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office to release more information about a deadly deputy shooting in the parking lot of a Target store five days ago.

What led them is the FACT they were stealing and possession of a gun. Not to mention is was planned because of the covered plate. But let's not talk about that.

It does appear in videos that the individual did try to kill officers and other people by driving a car at them. He had a weapon located in the car which was at the scene of a crime. Petty theft often just leads to other crimes. So maybe society has been given a favor in Mr. Baez's untimely death of trying to kill other people. I do not think officers need to identify themselves as crimes are being committed. Their mind will be on other situations.

The used the same excuse they alway use when a person is behind the wheel and trying to escape by saying I had to shoot the driver to avoid being hit by the car. In the footage the car is going 3 to 4 mph that was about it. The cop got out his car and shot at the driver in order to stop the car. The the car hit the marroon car across in the opposite side and came to stop. You know these cops are going to lie they all wrote their report after no other footage surfaced 11 days later at the same time. ON TOP OF THAT SOMEBODY dropped a gun by the drivers body. The cop have no problem day 1 if you pointed a gun at them to mention that IMMEDIATELY. SO YEAH they are going to turn this kid into cop killer over stolen food and pokemon cards. They need to make it so for minor calls like this if the cop is not wearing a cam they can not do anything... its F up that it like this but if we want to save our young people we got to do it. This was unacceptable all the money we spend on equipment they could have used the CAR GRAPPLE on this car OR better yet YELLED TIRE TIRE TIRE and shot the tires out.
