RTF - Aaloo Gosht (Lamb & Potato curry)

Ingredients:

2 x medium onions
3 tbsp of oil
3-4 cloves of garlic (or 1 tsp)
2cm cube of ginger (or 1tsp)
500g lamb on the bone (I used shoulder meat) 1.5tsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1.5litre water
200g passata
3 potatoes
Coriander to garnish (optional)

Genuinely one of the best lamb curries I've made. My nephew and niece ate so much of it yesterday, there was hardly any left for the other guest I had coming that evening 😂. Making it again this evening for new guests
