Achieving Peace and Security through Regional Cooperation: The Perspective of a Small State

On Thursday, March 5th, IPI hosted H.E. Mr. Igor Lukšić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro, who presented on the importance of regional cooperation in achieving lasting peace and security. He also discussed how this cooperation can help improve development initiatives.
