I’ve been an electrician for 30 yrs. I used dewalt before they sold out! then rigid for 15 yrs because they had a lifetime warranty and they did repair or replace everything as good as new or replace with brand new, newest generation if they couldn’t repair! They’ve had really gone downhill the past 5 yrs and stopped fixing warranty issues too, so I’ve been a Milwaukee fan for about 3 yrs now. Just bought the 153 socket set! Thanks homie

I have bought several of those Milwaukee "rafter squares" (speed squares) in the past. Initially, they are super nice: They have some real nice finish to the metal, the numbers are easy to read, and the lip\fence is a little wider than other squares, which can be handy. However, because the markings are just a laser etch on the anodized surface, as you use the square, the numbers scratch\fade and because there is no depth to the markings, you can't "paint to fill in the grooves" and the square becomes unreadable. I went back to Swansons in the belt\bags and keep the Milwaukee in a drawer for gentle\fine work in the garage only.

I purchased a bunch of XR tools during covid when I did a rehab by myself for the year. 6 months later I noticed every contractor was using Milwaukee. Ever since then I've had analysis paralysis. I also don't trust all these Ai generated review sites and videos. I need a electric planner. Most reviews are 4 years old and are for corded. I have option of current lowest. 20V XR with charger, 6H and 4H batteries included for $199 or the Bosch corded for $99 at lowes. Which are you choosing? Also, the XR Orbital sander is $169 at HD but I purchased $79 there 3 weeks ago. I double checked model number and they are identical. Did I get a mismarked or accidental sale??
