TRANSITIONAL FLOW DRILL in FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS | GM BRUCE CHIU | ARNIS INTERNATIONAL

GM Bruce Chiu of Arnis International shows a transitional flow drill in which one person has a stick and the other empty hand. This drill allows the person who is empty hand to find locks by baiting with a forehand or backhand strike. You would then use your training partner's own weapon against him by hitting his own wrist which would transition into a lock.
