I just want to conclude the point, that
Wherever the Schema Master role is there in the Domain Controller, from that DC itself we can do changes to the user Attributes & those will be replicated on all other DCs, & if we are trying to modify the user attributes from other DC, is it will replicate on all DC's Judge me if I am wrong
