When I saw Gazing Cat in the title I assumed it meant that 4 eyed cat logo on Mental Outlaw's channel. I worried you were going to tell us Mental Outlaw was quitting his channel. After watching, I say you are doing the right thing. You can make content where your computer biz is. And I like your driving while talking content. No fancy studio needed.

Do you know where McDonald's "100% American beef " comes from?

(Saw this in a documentary years ago; verified fact): Cows are slaughtered in the usual manner, but that meat doesn't go to McD. The bones, tendons, cartilage, connective tissue, & the like remain hanging on the meathooks, with bits of "100% American beef" still stuck to it in all manner of places.

A high-pressure water hose is used to sheer the "100% American beef" off all that other stuff. The "100% American beef", in highly shredded form, ends up on the floor, where it sloughs over to a drain, to be collected for McD.
