My body naturally wakes up at around six hours of sleep most mornings, so I end up taking a nap in the day on weekends to catch up. The naps are usually better quality of sleep for some reason.

The thing that helps me is getting ready to go to bed instead of just doing many things until I get too tired

I truly believe the majority of us are sleeping less than 6 hours. Restful sleep is very important 😊

What sucks is I was prescribed benzo clonopazam for anxiety & it injured me now I can’t take anything from supplements to hormones & can’t even hardly eat anymore. I’m 3 years out from this injury still bad

Yes, It is important to maintain a healthy diet too.
😢 Struggling with some pain, but aminoacids supplements have helped tremendously.

So if you are only getting 7 hours of sleep, what do you

I only sleep an average of 5 hours a night - I’m always tired 😢
