Thanks greatly Bruno...I have been cooking for many years and I love how you thickened this soup...yippee...I learnt something new!!! I am going to make this over the holidays for my roommate who is battling throat cancer. I hope that he can swallow this!!! wow, this recipe really reminds me of a Cambodia stew (somlar koko). My mom does it often, and she basically puts in lots and lots of veggies, with a bigger proportion of some kind of squash, or watermelon peel if she makes it in the summer. the only difference is that she also uses more aromatic ingredients, such as turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves...it gives a tangy dimension to the sweetness of the coconut milk. I can't wait to try your recipe to make more of a "local" version (therefore environmently friendly) of this stew.

hello bruno ....ur recipes are amazing ...but i couldnt get the exact recipes from the website ...i have a suggestion about this recipe..i think sweet potato instead potato....cuz its more compatible in the taste and color with carrots and pumpkin puree .. also if use a bag of whole spices while cooking the take it off so its make the smell and taste better and better ...thank u
