I love how the last two have had steps from guided meditation included into the stories, especially this one. ❤ Well done to all involved! Thank you again SO MUCH for posting these. I keep them in a playlist I use to help me sleep/deal with anxiety and they've helped tremendously. Y'all are amazing! ❤❤
