Those instruction booklets were my go too everytime I was on the crapper when I was kid lol. Ninja Gaiden and the Mega Man series had the Best Booklets bc it explained/Had a story for each of the bosses I believe.

*EDIT* It's a real shame games nowadays don't come with an instruction booklet.

Speaking of "distinct smells" that bring back childhood memories. Walking into an old comic book store that is filled with back issues has that old paper smell.

I personally like more the Sega Genesis cases, not because of the art but because they are more common than cardboard boxes.

I think the seal of quality was more about the cartridge itself and not the contents of the roms, the screw types are commonly called gamebit

The reason why it sold for so much because it as a test copy and not an original sealed boxed game.

If you play your cib games, why not keep the carts outside the box in a seperate clear plastic protector? That’s what I do. I’ve got a lot of minty cib snes games and definitely wouldn’t want to be wearing those boxes down every time I wanted to play one. Too much value in those flimsy pieces of cardboard.

The guy that paid 100K probably get the PAL version thats the reason that did it for perfect 50hz quality. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Honestly, the game is flawless but who wants to pay that ticket. But I wouldn't open mine if I had it.

Definitely not worth 100k in my opinion, if I had that kind of dough to throw around on one video game then I would help someone in my family or give to a worthwhile charity. If that sealed copy is really worth 100k then you should get 50k for yours.

Hey MLP... have you heard about Micro Mages, a new NES game coming out in both cart and rom formats. Look into and make a video on it and on new nes games and stuff. Peace out !

Only a idiot would spend that kind of money on it, I paid $15 bucks at a thrift store for a sealed complete system.
