I used to play c5 but white can transpose into some very complicated lines where they sac the pawn by playing nd2 and then playing c4 or bb5 then going with the knight in the center which puts lots of pressure on blacks position. Theres also a nc3 line where they can play nb5. For me, it's too complicated so i just switched to e6 with later on playing e5.

Lol idk much about opening but appearancely to counter the London System, you gotta use the Queen Gambit
