Analysts predict that Russian refinery shutdowns could lead to a capacity reduction of 900,000 barrels per day. In 2024, drones attacked 13 refineries in 9 regions of Russia. Great report !!
Ukraine needs to blanket all of Russian refineries
with many drones. Using decoy drones at a lower level
and target drones at a higher level. I see there are Russian
spies in the US saying not to take out the oil sites,
just like the Rusian spies in Poland regarding the grain.
Ukraine is taking a different route, and not using Poland
to take grain to the EU, that solves this issue.

Petrol prices will go up in Russia. Inflation will increase more widely causing the ruble to devalue, and then on top of that, they will have to import petrol. Poetic justice!
