Mark Hamill’s voice is already recognizable from the decades of voicing Joker.

Mark Hamill is also arguably the best Joker. He voiced him in Batman The Animated Series and three of the four Batman Arkham games. Joker's a much closer character to Ozai than Luke

Don’t forget that Zhao was voiced by the same guy who played Lucius Malfoy: Jason Isaacs! He did amazing in both in my opinion. 🙂

Dont forget Steven Yeun, who voiced acted for Wan the first Avatar in the Legend of Korra. He also played as Glen in The Walking Dead.

Yeah, in the Boulder was voice by Mick Foley when they couldn’t get the rock to do it, Kuvira what is voice by Zelda Williams, daughter of Robin Williams, Tenzin was voiced by JK Simmons, the one guard that Iroh befriended if I recall, was voiced by Serena Williams and there are numerous other examples

Mark hamill is arguably one of the BEST voice actors period.

Now that you mention it you can definitely hear a bit of Mark Hamills Joker in Ozai.

Mark Hamill is a great voice actor who has a really sinister voice for evil but gentle and assertive voice for a hero but I do feel like he’s over used even though I love his voice in games and tv series. The voice actor I loved was Zelda William who played the Great Uniter and Metal bending Prodigy Kuvira, she brought a real talent into make Kuvira seem both sympathetic and ruthless which I love.

I really doubt the creators of ATLA picked Hamill for his Luke Skywalker voice. That was all for the menacing Joker he voice acted for.

Did you know that the character “The boulder“ was originally designed to be played by the rock but he was too busy at the time to voice the rule. I would have loved to hear the Boulder played by the rock XD
