An update with the Candlebearers.

They now spawn in the Hadel Blacksite within darkrooms.
They pretty much have the same mechanic though. However they will not attack if any player does not carry a light source of any type
There is a larger version known as a Candlebrutes which could serve as mini bosses which spawn in certain areas, those rooms require a keycard.

How to survive them:
Don't look back, just shine a flashlight if they're infront of you and move on.

DO NOT STUN THEM FOR TOO LONG

Here's the best way to survive The Candlebearers (from experience, so you know it's legit!):



1. Before you enter The Lower Crypt, make sure The Gummylight is powered up fully. It will always start off at around 75%. Wind it up before you enter. Heck, wind it up before you get there. HECK, WIND IT UP IN THE SUBMARINE!



2. Once you enter, turn the Gummylight on and walk in whatever direction you feel is right. Go with your gut.



3. Never. Stop. Moving. Because if a group of Candlebearers manage to gang up on you, not even a revive can save you now.



4. Don't worry about Candlebearers following you. Once you stun and walk around them, don't look back.



5. Once a gate is in your sight, recharge the Gummylight as fast as possible and keep walking. Once the gate is open, turn the light on again.



6. If the Gummylight runs out (And let's be honest, it will.), shake that shit as fast as possible!

Even tho they seem hard to dodge, if you turn on the flashlight from time to time and check your back while constantly moving forward they aren't so bad

Theory: the candlebearers in the blacksite aren't the same as these candlebearers as they don't attack you if you don't have lights and they can walk trough doors

I would like to point out that the enraged Candlebearers act similarly to Bouncer, it stops when it goes to hit you. So use what you learnt from Bouncer if you enrage a Candlebearer.

Annoying thing about this is that the door is so slow to open💀 (I got cornered by so many candlebearers because of this)

What's even more worse is they can GO INSIDE VENTS. That's how me and a friend got attacked. Luckily we survived.

Fun fact: im pretty sure they have the doors candle or something as a head. well they have a candle on their head. The candle turns blue?!? the candle in doors also turns blue..

Never died to these, theyre pretty easy, and in glad cuz if they were hard this part would be hell lol

I’ve beaten the rave hard 5 times with no deaths from the candle bearer- and I DID NOT know there was an enraged state if you shine light on them for to long.
