ETS 2 is so relaxing, almost meditating☯️. Looking forward to when you worked you all the way up to Norway. I will stand by the road and wave when you try our driving skills on the twisted roads between Oslo and Bergen. They have done a good job with the roundabout inside the tunnel and the Hardangerbridge, even a local get stunned by the view of the fjords😀

I could never get on with Project Next Gen and JBX so I switched to Realistic Brutal Graphics and Weather and it s so much better - plus it's free. It's good on top of Pro Mods and also Pro Mods Trailer and Company Pack. Also I use Real Company Logo, Company addon, Bus Traffic by Tain95 and Painted Truck Traffic by Jazzycat. Both of the latter add liveries to the truck cab and buses. Nothing worse in my option than plain truck cabs and buses. For AI traffic Real Traffic Density ETS2 is what i use. Also playing around with the Nvidia game filters really does help.

How do you put them both together, I have them too, but it's not the same quality, the computer is perfect 4080 super + 7800х3d 32gb ddr 5 6400 and it doesn't work so well for me damn it 2K 165hz??? Reshade?

This video made me really interested in the Mods you're using but holy cow those prices... 90 USD for one Mod, 30 Euros for the other.
And people say iRacing is expensive..

It spices things up for sure I found the nights were way too bright tho, even with reshade it still wasnt quite right, having the Sun in the night sky doesnt help of course, dunno why thats happening..

I drive Class 1 HGV's for a living and I own this sim. It's really well done ETS2, but I just tend to play it with a gamepad to make my brain know it's a game😅

Wow those MODS are great Dave.
The "Olympic torch" thing was a water tower by the way.
You made a bit of a meal out of the parking but you managed better than a lot of people would have.
I would have gone back to the front of the building and approached it from the side nearest the bay as it would have been easier.
Looking forward to Dortmund it will be a great honour to finally meet the YouTube Sim Racing power couple. 😂

I sometimes take a break too from racing and drive on ETS2, download a bunch of mods and just start cruising and relaxing. You have to take a break sometimes from racing or you'll make yourself crazy!

After you made the initial turn at desto, you would have been better off going around the whole building and coming in from the other side. Then you could have been in the right position to just go forward to the fence and reverse it in. Less of a challenge I know but it would have been easier and quicker.

You have inspired me to go back to again for the first time in 2-3 years and it will be the first time using my wheel and pedals that I bought last year when I started iRacing. Of course will definitely be getting ProMods updated and a few of the other mods that I had to add extra areas ( and yes that includes Russia, this is just a game and I am not going to let the actions of one government ruin a game for me)
