Deleting Neutronium? Not a problem, provided you have a ridiculous amount of radbold power. If you do you can get ri og the neutronium in the game Oxygen Not Included.

1 Radbolt with Power-1 does remove 1g of mass from a natural tile
1 Radbolt with Power-500 does remove 500g of mass from a natural tile
(Rabolts loose Power while traveling)

Don't know if you ran into it but if you are able to replace a build tile with a natural tile and do this again, it will remove the fake build tile that was left over.

I made a hole in the neutronium at the bottom of the map once using sandbox mode. I dropped a dupe through it and the game crashed instantly.

sounds difficult but plausible for custom mod maps where the dev purposefully blocks something with neutronium, like ceilings or floors.

...Or some other things are aren't meant to be opened...

If you do this at the side of the map in spaced out, will duplicate be able to path on to other asteroids.
