Changes:
Moldova would have collapsed way earlier (likely around the first 70 secs)
Bulgarian front would be weaker (Bulgaria has 7 mil population while Romania has 19.4 mils). Support armies would take time since all of the other countries fighting Romania aren't exactly friends. Romania would concentrate on taking out Bulgaria first while maintaining a defensive posture along the Danube (Serbian Border) and the Somes River and Apunesi Mountains (Near the Hungarian border).
After Bulgaria's fall the push into Serbia and Hungary would be harder but successful as the fatigue of constantly trying to cross the natural defenses along with the men and morale lost with Bulgaria would hit hard on the defenders. Romania also has the Bulgarian front to push from, flanking Serbia from three sides.
Adding to that, Serbia and Romania have almost no geographical barriers except the Danube, rest is just plains.
After 3 years of pushing, Romania manages a stalemate with them. Sieging both capitals, Romania has the upper hand in the negotiations.

War reparations from Serbia
