Can you imagine just hiding in a locker and hearing Duke's voice get closer and closer? It'd basically be Alien: Isolation with Duke as the Alien and marines could play the role of the androids. Instead of having a flamethrower to ward him off, you'd have a stack of Playboys you can find scattered around and you can throw them to distract him temporarily.
