This looks amazing 🤩 There are only a few little things I like to see coming back in the new UI. For example a way to see which action is currently running in your task as indicated as dots in the legacy ui. And I would love to see the if, else, end-if actions having a color change when the condition is met or not met. This could be nicely done with the colors that the action bricks already have in the new UI..

Anyways good to see that you're also thinking of making the app more accessible for everyone. Keep up the good work and thanks for making my life more Automated 😊.

Impressive! tasker UI is ageing and i think it makes new users choose other apps than tasker, even if those apps are less powerfull (but because they are new, the don't know this yet).

This new UI guideline is definitly a game changer!

Yeah, really enjoyed it. I love this UI ❤️❤️❤️. It may require a bit of a learning curve, since many users are very familiar with the current UI, but this new upcoming version looks really cool and easy to use. Also, I'm really loving the visual response while dragging the actions up and down, since it wasn't present in the current UI. I once requested this a few years ago, and this new UI change fulfills that request too.

If you take suggestions, then I have one for now. I was using a few different UI elements from the Snackbar plugin and some other plugins, like bottom snackbar, but after encountering errors with the newer Android upgrades, I stopped using them and completely moved all those tasks to the Tasker layout of the toast/flash action. So if Tasker natively supports the present Android versions' UI elements, like bottom snackbar, it would be great.

Anyways, I'm really excited about the upcoming UI change of Tasker. Thanks again ❤️

Encore une belle avancée !! Beaucoup de travail derrière tout ça, le développeur et son application n'arrête pas de m'étonner. Les 5 étoiles se méritent amplement. Continue à améliorer l'app. pour le plaisir de tout le monde. Petite suggestion qui n'a rien à voir avec la nouveauté, possibilité de créer un système de dossier pour par exemple mettre des tâches similaires dans un même dossier ? Encore bravo!!

colors are cool, copy / paste of conditions finally there, the folding is also great, although I hope it would be possible to click expand individual actions while keeping the rest folded.

but I noticed that running action is not highlighted (Like the green dot in the current UI), is this something to do?
And one more question, will the current flow be switched to that UI automatically when applied?

This is arguably the biggest change for Tasker. Probably the biggest criticism against Tasker was always about how outdated it looks, which made it user unfriendly. I've personally struggled myself to get into it. With the Material you changed there will be no excuse to try it out. Thanks a lot for your hard work and hope you keep going strong. ❤

May be it looks nice in your simple examples, but if you are developing real application with more than of 300 actions, it will looking more than confusing. Please implement an option to stay on the old UI.

This is very confusing. I don't like how there's no nesting representation for if blocks and also the colors are misleading, the whole IF block before ELSE is green despite the conditions not being met... And ELSE block is orange even though it will run. I think the old UI makes much more sense in that regard.

I like the option to condense the actions. Some of my actions are 15+ steps!
