BRRRR Strategy | The Fastest Way To Build Wealth

In this video I explain the BRRRR strategy. In my opinion, the BRRRR strategy is the fastest way to build wealth with real estate. The BRRRR strategy is so effective because it allows you to deploy capital and get it right back, allowing you to put that capital into another deal.

With the BRRRR strategy you build wealth so quickly because it allows you to control an asset with little to no money of your own in the deal. This allows you to essentially have an infinite return on all of your deals. The infinite return comes from not having any money into the deal, and possibly even making some money at the end of the deal.

I also want to give a shout out to Graham Stephan who originally created a video similar to this a few months ago. I've known about the Burr strategy for many years because I actually am a real estate investor myself. However, I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I started this strategy in 2007 when I lost my job. It was a gamble. Almost lost my family. I'm not rich by any means but thank god it's worked out so far. I have a small level of financial freedom. I just didn't know what the name of this strategy was.


For me, the biggest obstacle was the fear of losing what money I had saved and being out on the street. If I had to guess, the majority of people have that same fear - it's crippling. I still have that fear even today. Great vid and great channel. I always learn something from this channel. Thank you.

I was doing BRRRR back in 2004 like every one else was. Then came 2008 and the bubble burst !! So just be careful and pay attention to the market. Don't get caught over paying for your properties and stuck with all that debt.

The part that turns me off the most is dealing with renters. I have heard so many horror stories about damage they do and even taking them to court they can't afford to pay for all damage. Is there a bright side to that I am missing? Love the channel.

Probably every carpenter, house builder knows this.
Depends on the area, if bad neighborhood, bad tenants?
Had a carpenter friend, he use to buy fire damaged properties cheap, what no one wants to touch, rebuild it and sell it for profit.
If the market was bad, he would rent it out for while, take money out and buy an other fixer upper house etc....

Great strategy, but there's a few things to consider.
1. You need the bankroll to start on the first purchase. Unless you wanna finance from the start.
2. It's so freaking hard to find cash flowing properties, especially here in California.
3. As mentioned in other posts, this market can collapse with this Corona virus crap going on.

Otherwise, it's great strategy.
