Great crack session, I've had maybe 10 sessions of adjustment in 7-8 years? Best advice I was ever given by my chiropractor was to be recommended to a nutritionist. Lost a few stone in weight (went from 18 stone to 11 and a half stone in a year. I'm 6ft 1 btw).

Less tummy, much less yummy, sensible balanced, regular meals, and adjustments to sort out lingering hip, neck and lower back issues. Never had a "Ring Dinger", not sure if they are a thing in the UK?

Chiro + Good balanced meals + Physical activities = More good than any surgery or opioid I was ever given.
