I guees that's what happens when you kinda overshoot one or two distinct parenting vibes, your kid's personality can easily turn out the opposite way, because he or she intuitively tries to compensate the qualities which the family/household lacks. Now, Mitch is naturally indecisive and insecure, Cam is always overly emotional and just so damn extra - hence rational, sarcastic, straight forward Lily. And since neither Cam nor Mitch ever actually curbed Lily's temper, she's a pretty dominant character, as you've implied, almost the kinda girl they would've been afraid of in the schoolyard! 😄
