It's finally coming: the Volkswagen ID. Buzz. Arriving first in Europe as a commercial and basic people-transport vehicle, the ID. Buzz will (eventually) make its way to America, where it will serve explicitly as an uber-hip van for EV adopters. Tell us what you think of the upcoming ID. omg, i'm 50 now and the old VW bus was amazing. I'm getting one once it becomes available and electrify also a SUPER+ with gas at $5

It's a modern take on the tried and trusted VW Transporter Shuttle that we have come to love and adore over here in Europe. I love the ID Buzz very much. So different. So fresh. Even though I don't have any real need for it (me, a father of two adult children in their 20's), I will still be tempted to buy one just to enjoy that trendy, modern, fresh look. While 204hp is enough for normal everyday European (read that as UK) driving, I'm hoping they'll still crank up the power a bit for no particular reason than to satisfy the young boy/girl inside us all. A 350bhp AWD perhaps 🤔Well, a man is allowed to dream.

Looks pretty cool. The exterior is nicer than the interior, IMO. Was really hoping for a giant panoramic roof. Would love to see an Audified version with leather seats, a better MMI, and perhaps a bit more power. Can imagine suburban parents around the world clamoring for that.

Having owned a wheelchair accessible VW Caravelle (T6) for 5 years I find this very interesting. I only hope there’s sufficient ground clearance to enable an underfloor wheelchair lift to be installed. The white interior is not practical though.

I wish this Buzz but more of the EV's we have been shown were available now and in larger quantities, (we could all tell OPEC to go f... themselves). But this one, even though I was a baby during Woodstock....lol. will be in my garage. I love it!!!

Execution will make or break legacy auto makers entering the electric space ten years after Tesla. If their cars don't have good range and charge quickly like a Tesla, no one will buy them.

We can anticipate this being way overpriced like most other electric cars. Until they make these affordable for the masses and upgrade the infrastructure electric cars won’t be taking over anytime soon
