Dear Adi Sir. Thank you for bringing such an informative Major General Rajiv Narayanan, AVSM VSM Sir on your talk show. His thoughts on especially on who should head the Defence Secretary Post, then exposing the school children about the functioning of the administration uptill the district collector. Utmost important being the NITI Ayog to give constitutional powers and its members should consist of intellectuals and experts on the issues discussed in the NITI Ayog. Lastly the Bureaucrat's should be mainly executioners of the policies rather than be into policy making bodies.
