Iso = one --CH3 grouo present at either one of the second last carbon in the continuous chain

Neo = when 2 --CH3 groups are present on a carbon atom located at second last position in the carbon chain.

Sec = that 2° Carbon in a chain which has functional group attached to it.

Tert = That 3° Carbon which has a functional group on it.

Short, simple nd sweet😃

Answer is Isobutyl. I have a doubt - Iso mai bhi jo carbon main chain se juda hota hai woh bhi 2° hota hai. Phir uska liye Iso kyu use kiya jata hai Sec kyu nahi ? Sir please solve my doubt
