Are the three cards face up in front of the board part of set up? Is this the same for all player counts or does the number of cards change with more players? Thanks!

Thanks for the run-through. Wish there was a one-player variant but I know how very difficult that is in a deduction game. I just love the art so much and the game play seems light but still thinky. BTW Shea, did you notice how low your mic was in this video?
