Amazing - if you are a member of the top 10% you let your capital work for you. Capital gains tax is low, and you have capital in abundance to Profit on. With loop holes you will probably avoid paying taxes altogether :-)  You probably have an income multiple 100 times higher than your hard working servants and pay less tax. And if push comes to shove you can always raise a foundation to donate to your local golf club - totally in Control of your spendings ;-) or blame illegal Immigration, or the bureaucratic Monster EU, or……….
