Fun fact: oil based Foundation is meant to be transfer proof because waterproof moluclues are basicly in oil based Foundation so basicly all that did was absorb all the oil and make a less oily

Actually I just saw this foundation on a different video. The foundation itself is “transfer proof”/water proof. the water that the woman showed was to show that the foundation is water proof and or water resistant. Putting foundation in water doesn’t actually make it waterproof.
This brand of foundation was made to be this way. 🤷🏼‍♀️
