President Ruto says salary delays occasioned by monumental debts

The government will not borrow to pay delayed salaries for civil servants. President William Ruto says the government will rely on collections from the Kenya Revenue Authority saying his administration had abandoned the old tradition of seeking loans to settle recurrent debts.

Kenya has been having debts since 1963 and civil servants have been receiving salaries, what is this that is special where wives of President and deputy get salaries yet they do nothing?

Mr President at the moment you can spend the money for your and the dp cars as thats not important or urgent, you can also pump in funds from your and dp account and keep the country moving. You can always do the recovery once the economy has picked up but seems like you are prioritising issues which are not helping the country?
