Why Milan & Inter can’t demolish the San Siro

Great news. A beautiful stadium and one with so much history for European and Italian football. Lucky to have visited for a tour but I will certainly look to get to a game before it’s no longer their home, but fantastic to hear it won’t be on its way out any time soon.

Understandable why new stadiums are 'needed' in this day and age but its hard to demolish history like this!

Inter and Milan need to construct and own their own separate stadiums. You cannot rejoin the very top elite clubs without pocketing 100% of the revenue from your stadium— that’s too much money slipping through the cracks.

they have time till july 25 2025 the city takes the deal before that date because if not they can’t rebuild because on that date the upper part of san siro turns 70 years old if that deal doesn’t go through for ac milan no big deal they already have a new place for a stadium but inter doesn’t they would be fucked

I'm from the 90s, if i were not watching a time ago, manchester united and real madrid because psg have not ever had a successful era, i were turning on ac milan, and roma are getting purchased from the bhutanese, and from cabo verde the islanders are discussing their buy in portugal

The stadium is nothing without the football clubs and the fans. It`s also super outdated and poorly maintained. Milan and Inter will become less competitive on the global stage if they keep playing there due to lost revenue.
