Es que los runners van corriendo y van mirando mal, parecen tristes 😅. Ahora entre hacer cardio corriendo y hacer cardio contigo, bueno yo prefiero hacer cardio contigo, es más divertido y efectivo. La verdad sudo demasiado con estos ejercicios 😊😊😊👏🔥 ...BUENISIMOOO!!

Do you have any tips on how to make your wrists stronger? 🙈 When I'm like in plank Position too long it hurts. Anything I can train that away?
