PUTTING THE NEW HOLLAND TVT BACK TOGETHER

today we are putting the new holland tvt back together starting by changing the viscous fan then bolting it back on the tractor
it was also a good chance to change the fan belts and grease the pto shaft.
finally its time to lift in the radiator and bolt it down.
then i speak about a new accounts system we are using and finally whats in tune next week

Great video. Is it necessary to remove the radiator to do the viscous fan or had you to remove the radiator for other repairs ?

Great video.
Putting that grease nipple there, is a perfect example of what I personally call "Arse thinking", as in it might need a nipple. So we'll just stick 1 there, where nobody can get at it easily at all. Where's if they put it where you said, at least you'd have a chance of getting at fairly easily.
Would you change that fan soft, like after so many hour's or if look's like it going to fall apart?
How did you get on with the spoolvalues for the 130?

Had to laugh when you mentioned the location of the grease nipple, they don't design with people like me and you in mind. All equipment is gone that way nowadays. Don't know is it to keep us away and only the dealer can work on them
