And we men / husbands / have zero clue what women go through because of zero education. As a result, we don’t know how to be supportive.

My Doctor gave me antibiotics for 14 days for an ear infection🙈 I took a few and dumped the rest cause I did NOT have an ear infection. I was experiencing vertigo and the ringing in my ear. I don't think they have a clue what's going on with us.Appreciate you Doc.

The unusual one that I have is occasional pulsatile tinnitus. It started at a particularly stressful time, and I thought that's what brought it on, at age 43. It could have just been coincidental to the stress and perimenopause was the real reason. I still have it occasionally many years post-menopause and will be interested in seeing if hormone replacement alleviates it.

Aaaaand, lets not forget a UTI!!!
felt a little like glass a cpl xs when I peed in the last cpl days. Had a nurse appt yesterday for a flu shot, so asked if we cld run a quick urine, & gkad I did, because, yep, I had one!! 😑 I drink a good amount of water, & mainly only water, but after googling it, yes, hormone changes in perimenapause can raise a UTI.
Greeeaaat!

I’m calling my doctor tomorrow. I’ve been on HRT for months now. It was fine for a while, I had to lower my progesterone to 100 mg instead of 200 mg. I’m also on the estradiol patch (Dotti) 0.05 mg
I’ve noticed I recently after I take progesterone, after 3 days, I have allergy symptoms and itchy skin with a red rash on face neck, even my eyelids and scalp itch. A Benadryl helped a little bit . I’m about to take another Benadryl. Calling my doctor tomorrow to find out if I could be tested to see if I have a sensitivity to HRT. I don’t want to stop HRT, I feel like it has helped . It’s frustrating, can you maybe give me some insight or give me advice on what to say to my doctor tomorrow?

I need to find a good Dr around here but the only one I know does the natural pellet treatment. That did help with my hot flashes but I gained weight!

So apparently it's very hard for women to get testosterone. Insurance doesn't want to pay for it either. I'm in Idaho so that might make a difference but I don't think so because it's an FDA thing. So any suggestions on how to get the testosterone without avoiding paying your other bills lol
