4:11 - what I also thought was cool, and obviously very subtle, in addition to the speed ramping in that sequence is that they use these flashes on the red carpet to mask the cuts a bit between members and position changes. They obviously jump between, but that little additional layer makes it feel smoother because your eye is catching the flash when it happens, not just random shots happening.
