When you add milk with pineapple the enzymes in pineapple will breaks the milk protien that gives you the bitter taste its not a big problem to avoid the bitter taste there are some tips remove the middle part of pineapple or you can grill the pineapple or you can freeze the pineapple before blending so that the enzymes in pineapple will be deactivated.❤
