FILM DESCRIPTION:
For bike messenger Wilee (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), dodging speeding cars, evading crazy cabdrivers, and blowing by millions of cranky pedestrians is all in a day's work. Wilee is one of the best in a dangerous job, and his bike of choice is a Fixie, a lightweight, single-gear unit without brakes. Though Wilee knows that one day he may end up as a smear on the pavement -- he is unprepared for what happens after his last run of the day turns into a life-or-death chase through Manhattan.

I've watched the 1985 flick "Quicksliver", starring Kevin Bacon.
This looks sort of similar. I've Never seen this flick, yet.
I used to entertain the thought of being a bike messenger, when I was Much Younger. I've always enjoyed riding Bicycles, since early Childhood.

He gets a flat tire in the movie and still delivers the package. Regardless of a flat tire you still have to get the package delivered and as a bike messenger myself I can relate to that. I've gotten numerous flat tires from NYC streets and alleys. I got 2 flat tires awhile back and had to borrow a city bike to deliver the packages and after I got done I walked my bike home.
